How do I enter the venue?

All guests should enter the PGE Narodowy Stadium via GATE 1 – this is the main gate.

When does registration open?

The registration desk will be open from 8:30am on 26 November. A coat and luggage storage facility is also available on Floor One, next to the Plenary Room (La Cantina).

What food and drink items are included in my free registration?

All coffee breaks are included as part of your free registration. The networking reception is included also.
Meals are not included.

Is lunch included as part of my registration?

No, lunch is not included. However, the venue is ideally located to find some easy lunch options. We have three main recommendations:
1. Francuska Street – a street within a 12 minute walk of the stadium containing many different lunch options
2. PGE Naradowy Canteen Strefa Kibica – a sports bar within the stadium offering lunch. Note: capacity is limited to 80 people. Card payments only.
3. Kiosk within PGE Naradowy – within our venue is a small kiosk on Level 1, near La Cantina, with sandwiches and salads if you prefer something light. Card payments only.

Which hotel do you recommend for the duration of the workshop?

There are a number of hotels close to the venue that we recommend.
